Baran and Sigma, upon completion of 3 projects have decided to form a joint venture for future projects for erection,

commissioning and operation of new AAC  plants. The joint venture has facilitated companies to join forces for active

marketing, precise manufacturing,erection as well as after sales support and training. The JV not only erects the entire plant

but also provides training and management solutions to the clients. The JV is currently working on the erection of three

plants(Romania,Ukraine and Suadi Arabia).First two plants are expected to be commissioned in first half of 2006 and the last plant

 is planned to be completed early 2007.
